    Ayana is a medical doctor with over 20 years’ experience as a specialist in psychiatry, and more recent experience as a hormone specialist.  Born in Guyana and raised in Barbados, she eventually moved to the UK to attend medical school. Ayana trained in general and forensic psychiatry at The Maudsley Hospital, completed her PhD at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience in London, and was later appointed as a Consultant Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer.  Dividing her time between the UK and Barbados, Ayana is currently on a mission to improve mental health and wellbeing in the Caribbean.

    For the last six years, Ayana has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is currently writing a book about the condition, focusing on the experiences of Black women. Additionally, in recent years, her own experience of peri-menopause and menopause has sparked an interest in hormone health and a passion to improve access to evidence-based care, treatment, and support for women transitioning through this phase.

    Brittany is a dedicated education consultant with a passion for rekindling the joy of learning and self-discovery. After a restorative break in 2022, she found her true calling in ADHD coaching. Brittany holds certifications from the International ADHD Training Institute, making her one of the few certified ADHD coaches in the Caribbean. As the founder of Spark Education, she combines her expertise in education consultancy, academic coaching, curriculum development, and leadership development to support individuals with ADHD. Brittany's qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education and a Master of Science in Global & International Education from Drexel University.

    Neil is a technologist with over 20 years experience in designing and building technology solutions. His industry expertise is mostly in fintech, both onshore and offshore, in investment and retail banking, as well as wealth management. He's also worked in FMCG across many countries in Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Caribbean. In addition to delivering technology, Neil has consulted global businesses (eg. JP Morgan, BBC, Diageo) as well as startups, on leadership, high performance teams and technology processes. To him, technology is fundamentally about people. 

    He’s the founder of Adaptive Consulting, a Barbados and London-based technology consultancy, a fractional CTO at Go Fractional and an associate at Tribe AI, a New York-based AI consultancy.

Andreas is determined to make technology and its advantages more universally accessible, aligning his passion with a broader mission of inclusion and connectivity.With expertise in the field of UX Design, he aims to create designs that seamlessly connect people with technological products. In joining the clinic, Andreas is eager to make mental health services more accessible to the Caribbean.
